Buyers
1 – What is the process for purchasing a reservation?
You will receive an email notification/confirmation of the reservation that you purchase that will include reservation details (i.e. name the reservation is listed under). Prior to the purchase you are able to browse TablePronto’s listing and view reservation date, time, restaurant and party size for free.
2 – What assurance is there to know that the reservation exists?
Our quality control procedures of screening reservation sellers and subsequently validating reservations listed on the site has allowed us to offer the highest quality reservations.
3 – Are there any fees to me as the buyer for purchasing a reservation?
No! Fees are not charged to the buyer for a reservation purchase. Reservation sellers pay a fee on sold reservations. There are no unexpected or hidden costs. If the reservation is listed to sell at $20, then that’s the final amount that the buyer pays.
4 – Must I change the reservation name to my name after purchase?
We strongly recommend that you do not modify or change the reservation details including the time, date, name or any other details. We are not accountable for reservations that are not kept due to modification of reservation details. Also, TablePronto will not enter into dispute resolution with any reservations modified by the buyer.
5 – Must I discuss TablePronto with the restaurant when confirming?
No! TablePronto is not associated with any of the featured restaurants. We provide a market place for the exchange of reservations only. We advocate not discussing TablePronto to the restaurant under all/any circumstances as your enjoyment of the service is our highest goal. Contact customer support for issue resolution.

Sellers publish reservation pricing which is based on the market rates of reservations. Typically, pricing range from $10 - $40 with $20 being the average. TablePronto actively monitors pricing for reasonableness and fairness.
7 – How do I pay? What credit cards can I use?
You can buy reservations with your Visa, MasterCard, debit card or American Express. To process your purchase, we also require your card’s 3-digit (or, for American Express, 4-digit) security (CSC) code.
On Visa and MasterCard the CSC code is a three-digit number located on the right-hand side of the signature strip on the back of the card. Usually it’s preceded by either the full credit card number or the last four digits of the credit card number. On an American Express card, the CSC code is a four-digit number located on the face of the card in the upper-right.
8 – Is the TablePronto site secure?

Additionally, we are not accountable if the restaurant does not validate your reservations and all sales are considered final per our Terms of Use. Please arrive to the restaurant on time and dress appropriately.
