Most Sugar Consumption Make Face Looks Old

Foods taste sweet indeed make us eat it. However, eating too many sweet foods but not good for health, was also not good for beauty. Sugar can make our face older than our age.
Based on research by the University of Leiden, the Netherlands, the company Unilever, discovered the relationship between blood sugar levels and age in human faces. The study revealed that high blood sugar levels in the blood causes a person's face look older than their actual age.
Based on research conducted on 600 people aged 50 to 70 years, if people with high sugar content will look older than his age. The researchers concluded that in every increase of 1 mmol / liter of blood sugar levels, a person's face will look older than five months.
"This study shows the importance of controlling blood sugar levels for healthy people. Antiaging seems to be a motivation for people to change their lifestyle to become healthier," said Diana van Heemst, one of the researchers.
This study still needs further study to determine the actual cause.
